- On Friday, April 26, State Police from Hawthorne arrested Derek C. O’Donnell, 40, of Yorktown, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in Yorktown, when he was involved in a three-car personal injury motor vehicle crash. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, April 28, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Jhony F. Loja Jimenez, 29, of Peekskill, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in Croton-on-Hudson, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. The investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, April 28, State Police from Hawthorne arrested Roger L. Wright, 50, of Yonkers, for Aggravated DWI with a prior conviction, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, both felonies, Resisting Arrest, and Obstruction of Governmental Administration, both misdemeanors. He was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Greenburgh, when he was found disabled on the shoulder of the parkway. The investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
